Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns within 30 days
You can return any item within 30 days from the date the order is received, without giving a reason. The 30-day period begins on the date the item is delivered, not on the date the order was placed. We do not charge any additional fees for returns.
2. How to Return an Item
- Please email us within 30 days of delivery info@kabinam.lt. Please provide your order number and list the items you wish to return.
- We will respond within 1 business day and confirm the return address (in Vilnius).
- Please ship the items within 14 days of receiving this letter by mail or through a parcel locker, or drop them off in person.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused and undamaged. Key chains and pins must be returned with all parts included. If available, please use the original packaging.
Exception: Items that have been engraved or otherwise personalized to order cannot be returned, unless they are defective (as permitted under EU consumer law).
4. Who Pays for the Return Shipping?
- Have you changed your mind? You are responsible for paying for the shipping of the goods.
- Defective item, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item received: We'll cover the cost. Within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo via email, and we'll send you a new item free of charge or refund the full amount, including return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
We will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned items (no later than 14 days) using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost.
6. Replacement
Would you like a different design? Please contact us, and we'll replace the item.
7. Your Rights Under the Law
These rules do not limit your rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right to cancel a contract and the 2-year legal warranty for defective goods. Our 30-day return period is longer than the minimum required by law.
