Returning goods:
1.After more than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to the return of goods.
When a faulty product is returned, Kabinam.lt undertakes to take back the faulty product and, in the absence of your objection, to replace it with a similar product. If you object to the replacement of the faulty product with a quality product, we will refund the money paid for the faulty product within 14 days at the latest. In the event that it turns out that Kabinam.lt does not have an equivalent product, you will be no later than 14 d. d. the money paid for the product is refunded as soon as it becomes apparent.
2. The returned product must be fully complete. You are responsible for the complete assembly of the goods. If the product is not complete, it is not accepted for return.
3. In cases where you give notice of withdrawal from the contract of sale within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the goods (see paragraphs 4.4 and 6.2 of the Terms and Conditions), the goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging should be intact, clean, properly prepared and packed. In other cases, Kabinam.lt prefers that the same requirements are met or that every effort is made to comply with the specified packaging requirements.
4. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale by notifying us in writing at info@kabinam.lt within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
5. If you wish to withdraw from the contract of sale, you must notify us in writing within the specified time limit. You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 working hours, you must contact Kabinam.lt by phone. In the event of withdrawal from a contract for quality goods, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer. The method and place of return are negotiated individually. In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the money paid for the Goods will be refunded within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
Goods should be returned to Gerosios Vilties g. 5A-104, LT-03147 Vilnius.
6. You don't have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale if:
6.1. audiovisual works and phonograms on any media, computer programs are purchased and you have damaged the packaging protections (ripped or opened the packaging);
6.2. you have damaged the goods or the appearance of the goods has been substantially altered; changes to the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the goods as they were received are not considered to be substantial changes to the appearance of the goods.
