In order to ensure transparency and responsible processing of personal data, please be informed that the Company processes personal data for the main purpose of selling goods to customers. For more information, please refer to the general rules on the processing of customers' personal data adopted by the Company.

You may provide data to the Company by making a purchase at www.kabinam.lt, subscribing to our newsletter or submitting a request to info@kabinam.lt. The data collected includes: name; surname; telephone number; email address; the delivery address and payment/checkout information. You can make an enquiry, as well as purchase goods using the Company's social media platforms (Facebook/ Instagram). In this case, in order to respond to your enquiry, to implement the sales procedure and to generate the accounting document-invoice for the purchased goods, we will ask you to enter the customer's personal data in the correspondence windows: first name; last name; telephone number; email address; delivery address. In all cases, we will additionally inform you about the processing of your data as a customer by additionally providing a link to the Company's approved general rules for the processing of customers' personal data in the correspondence windows of social platforms.

We collect your personal data as a customer on the legal basis that the Data Subject (customer) has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6(1a) of the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), i.e., you voluntarily consented to the provision of your personal data to the Company in connection with the purposes of the purchase of goods.
How long is the data submitted in your electronic form stored?
Your personal data submitted electronically will be stored for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of the last purchase, except for the data in accounting documents, which are stored for 10 years in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
